These terms govern your use of nuros.co and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
NUROS is a brand of U.N.I. Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a company registered in Bangkok, Thailand. References to "we", "us", or "NUROS" mean U.N.I. Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in Thai Baht and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a price has been listed in error, if stock is unavailable, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order we have already charged, we will refund you in full.
Shipping
We currently ship within Thailand. Orders are typically dispatched within two business days. Delivery times depend on our carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or factors outside our control.
Returns
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@nuros.co within seven days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns we accept unopened products in original packaging within fourteen days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer.
Use of the site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it without our written permission. All product names, images, and brand assets are the property of U.N.I. Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Limitation of liability
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, individual skin reacts differently — if you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.
