This policy describes how NUROS ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit nuros.co or make a purchase from us. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to serve you.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and payment information. When you browse our site we collect basic analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). We do not collect anything you have not chosen to give us.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil orders, communicate about your purchase, and improve the site. If you opt in, we may send occasional product updates by email. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services required to run the business — payment processors (Omise), shipping providers, and email delivery. Each is bound by their own privacy obligations. We do not share your data with advertisers.
